Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Primeta.ai ("the Service"), operated by Primeta AI, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Primeta.ai provides a web-based interface for interacting with AI agents through animated avatars, voice synthesis, and chat. The Service connects to Claude Code via MCP bridge protocol and requires users to run a local bridge process on their own machines.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and bridge API tokens. You must not share your API tokens with unauthorized parties. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers paid subscription plans with varying bridge limits. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share or resell access to your account
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

6. Age-Restricted Content

The Service includes a community library where users may publish personas. Some personas may be marked as containing mature or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. Such content is hidden by default and only accessible to users who explicitly opt in through their account settings.

By enabling NSFW content, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction
• You understand that NSFW personas are community-created and may contain mature themes, language, or imagery

We review all library submissions before they are published. However, we do not guarantee that all content is appropriate for all audiences. If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, please report it to us.

Creators who publish personas to the library are responsible for accurately marking content that contains mature themes as NSFW. Failure to properly label content may result in removal of the persona and suspension of publishing privileges.

7. Library and User-Created Content

The Service includes a library where users may publish personas for others to install. By publishing a persona to the library, you grant Primeta AI, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your persona within the Service. You retain ownership of your persona content. You may unpublish your persona at any time.

All library submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any library listing at our discretion.

8. Data Export and Portability

You may export your data at any time through the Settings page. The export includes your profile information, conversations, messages, and custom personas. Data exports are provided in standard formats (JSON, ZIP) for portability.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude Code) and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including conversations and messages. We store your data in per-user isolated databases. You may delete your conversations at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

11. API Keys and Credentials

Voice synthesis and other platform features are provided through server-side integrations. Your bridge API token is encrypted at rest. We do not use your credentials for any purpose other than providing the requested Service functionality.

12. Bridge and Local Software

The MCP bridge component runs locally on your machine as a subprocess of Claude Code. We provide the bridge script as-is. You are responsible for ensuring your local environment meets the requirements (Node.js 18+). The bridge connects to our servers via WebSocket and transmits messages between Claude Code and the Primeta interface.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service is currently in beta and may contain bugs or undergo significant changes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primeta AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
