1. Introduction

Primeta AI, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates Primeta.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address — used for authentication (magic link sign-in) and account communications
• Subscription data — plan tier, billing status, and trial period managed through Stripe

User-Generated Content

• Conversations and messages — stored in per-user isolated SQLite databases
• Persona configurations — custom names, voice settings, and personality preferences

API Tokens

• Bridge API token — generated for connecting Claude Code, encrypted at rest

Technical Data

• Bridge connection data — bridge name, connection timestamps, used for connection management
• Server logs — standard web server logs including IP addresses and request data

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To authenticate your identity via magic link email
• To manage your subscription and process payments through Stripe
• To route messages between your browser and Claude Code bridge
• To generate voice synthesis for your persona
• To send you service-related communications

4. Data Storage and Security

Your conversations are stored in per-user isolated SQLite databases, meaning your data is physically separated from other users' data. Sensitive fields including API keys and bridge tokens are encrypted at rest using Rails encrypted attributes.

We use HTTPS for all communications. WebSocket connections between the bridge and server are encrypted in transit. We do not store Claude Code's responses beyond what appears in your conversation history.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Voice Synthesis — we use a third-party text-to-speech service to generate voice audio. Message text is sent to our TTS provider for voice synthesis.
• Anthropic (Claude Code) — runs locally on your machine. Your conversations with Claude Code are processed according to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversations can be deleted at any time through the Service. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Bridge connection records are automatically cleaned up when connections become stale (within 2 minutes of disconnection).

7. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing
• We do not use your third-party API keys for any purpose other than providing the requested functionality
• We do not track you across other websites

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your conversations and account
• Export your conversation data
• Revoke your bridge API token at any time
• Cancel your subscription at any time

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
